Abbie’s Sweet Treats is responsible for the personal details you give on this website. I only collect what I need to bake and hand over your order.

What I collect

• Your name and email address when you create an account.
• Your order, chosen Friday and collection time.
• Any allergy information you choose to tell me.
• Card payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card number.
• I don’t collect your home address.

How I use it

• To make your order, plan Friday’s bake and contact you about your collection.
• To send order confirmations and, for Bake Box Club members, weekly booking reminders.
• Allergy information is used only to keep you safe.

Who I share it with

Only the services that run this website: Stripe (payments), Klaviyo (Bake Box Club reminder emails) and my website and email hosting providers. I never sell your details.

How long I keep it

Order records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounts. You can ask me to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop reminder emails. Just get in touch. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
